I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, although the decoration could use some improvement. The service was excellent with very friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient, being close to Osaka Station and the city center. The dining options were a bit lacking, but the cafeteria offered some choices. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
